Communities and Neighborhoods in Oceanside, CA

The community officials have taken a large step forward as they continue to develop more family-friendly communities. There have been steps taken to insure that the cities remain safe and clean, and they are organizing many new fun-filled activities that will bring the neighborhoods together and continue to pursue that small-town feel. There was recently a new skate park added, as well as an assortment of new facilities in order to host new activities for those of all ages and preferences.

There are many events that have been hosted throughout the year in order to bring communities closer together. Some of these include the Famers' Market, The Biker Beach Party, Cub Scout Olympics, Concerts within the park, Family Outreach programs, and the infamous Annual Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club Contest & Beach Festival.
